Street peddlers Itinerant selling on the street without a permit is illegal. Both buying and selling are prohibited and you could be fined.

On the street, only carry those items that are strictly necessary, and better still if you can make use of interior pockets and bags that you can close. In parks, on terraces and at the beach, keep your personal belongings close to you. Pay especially attention to your belongings in the legendary 28 tram.
